2.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Florist Supplies UK of Units 3 & 4 Delta Road Industrial Estate, Delta Road, St Helens, WA9 2EQ, to the customer named on the order form provided on the Florist Supplies UK website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2.2 We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us. We may do both, in which case the acceptance will occur on whichever arrives sooner of the web message and the e-mail. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 All products are subject to availability, if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 All orders must be paid for in full by Credit or Debit card.
3.2 The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it . If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
3.3 We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance before your order can be despatched unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
3.4 Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
3.5 All prices are shown in pounds sterling exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate.
4. Delivery & Title
4.1 There is a minimum order value of £75 before VAT or applicable delivery charges. If your order does not reach this amount it will not be processed.
4.2 Free delivery applies to orders over £150 excluding VAT delivered throughout Mainland United Kingdom except to the following destinations: Northern Ireland, Offshore & Channel Islands, Eire and the Scilly Isles where it may be necessary to make additional charges as per carrier’s rates. There will be a small delivery charge of £7.95 on orders below £150 excluding VAT subject to the above conditions.
4.3 If due to the weight or volume of your order being excessive, in relation to the value, there may be additional delivery charges to be added, even if your order qualifies for free delivery. These charges would be at our discretion and would be discussed with you prior to dispatch.
4.4 All orders are processed in the order in which they are received, with the following exception; We offer a same day dispatch service for an additional fee of £5 + vat. The same day dispatch service is not a guaranteed next day service. Orders placed on our website before 1pm with the £5 same day dispatch option selected will be dispatched on the same working day. If the same day dispatch option is selected when placing an order after 1pm, then we will dispatch your order on the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. We never guarantee next day delivery. Please note: During very busy periods delivery can take up to 8 working days.
4.5 Notwithstanding delivery times quoted in 4.4 above no guarantee as to time of delivery is given or implied.
4.6 If for any reason nobody is in/or the premises are closed we will post a card through the letterbox advising you that we have attempted delivery and inviting you to telephone the carrier to arrange either (EXCLUDES PALLETS AND NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES):
A. Collection from the nearest control Centre the next working day after the card was left (EXCLUDES PALLETS AND NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES) .
B. Re-delivery to the original address at a convenient time during normal working hours ( PALLET DELIVERIES WILL BE CHARGED FOR 2ND DELIVERY ATTEMPT AND ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS)
This is free of charge. However, if you are not present to take delivery there will be an additional charge of £7.95 per consignment for the third and each subsequent attempt.
4.7 As soon as the goods are delivered to you, they become your responsibility. We will deliver only to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery, any loss or damage to the goods will be your responsibility and at your risk. Any transit damage, shortages or wrong goods supplied, must be noted on the delivery/consignment note at the time of delivery.
4.8 We operate a recycle policy. Wherever possible all our packaging will be recycled.
4.9 Damaged, or faulty goods, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date. In cases of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product (together with any packaging) and contact us within 48 hours of receipt (commencing the day after delivery), whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We try to make sure we only show items on the site if we currently have them in stock or are expecting fresh stocks shortly. From time to time items might be shown available on the site which are not available, while we try our best to keep advertised stock available we do sometimes run out of stock before the site is updated. All orders are subject to availability.
6. Returns Policy
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date. In cases of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product (together with any packaging) and contact us within 48 hours of receipt (commencing the day after delivery), whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unwanted items may be returned within seven days of receipt providing we are notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. These goods must be in perfect resalable condition and in their original packaging. Customers must ensure the goods are securely packed and are responsible for paying the relevant return carriage costs. A deduction of 10% will be made to cover our administration costs, and the net refund will be paid through the original Credit/Debit Card system. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Security and Privacy
Shopping on our site is safe. We do hold no payment details on file. Once we have processed your order, we erase your card information so that it is not available for inspection by others. We use the latest Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. 11. Order Cancellation
11.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01744 611911 as soon as possible. If the order has been picked and packed, a 10% charge will be levied for the order. A new order will not be taken from any customer that has cancelled an order and not paid the cancellation charge.
